
Attorney E. Lynette Stone is a career personal injury lawyer
She focuses her practice on representing victims in wrongful death and serious injury claims and lawsuits in state and federal courts nationwide. By way of example, Attorney Stone has handled death and catastrophic injury matters arising from medical negligence, land based matters (i.e., premise), dangerous work activities and auto and truck collisions. At the start of her career, Attorney Stone worked as a litigation attorney for mid and large law firms in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Chicago, Illinois. The firms at which she worked early on in her career were on retainer by national and multi-national companies and insurance companies. While working for said law firms, Attorney Stone routinely handled nationwide, in a first and second chair capacity, a broad scope of small, medium and large-scale civil litigation matters from inception to conclusion including claims and lawsuits involving automobile and truck accidents, errors and omissions, construction, premise liability, medical malpractice and product liability.
In 2008, Attorney Stone founded The Stone Law Office. From there, Attorney Stone has led the firm to win multiple $1 million+ recoveries handling employment matters, catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims in state and federal courts nationwide.
